Probable Staff and Management ****

I took my wife to this Paddocks Mall Branch of MTN to get her a new S7 Edge contract. When all was signed and sealed they handed over the new phone. We asked them where the 64GB Samsung EVo Memory Card was. The guy helping us then opened the phone box and said theres nothing inside so this S7 Edge must be old stock. I clearly remember getting my Memory Card seperately in its own factory sealed plastic container when I rexeived my S7 Edge 2 days earlier. I tried to reason with these guys even calling the manager of the store, Liesel, who initially said that we must definitelly receive a memory card but later changed her story aswell. We contacted Samsung HO and were told that EVERY S7 phone must get a card with during April. The adverts from ALL networks clearly state, Limited Offer not Limited Stock. Liesel refuses to discuss the matter. <br> If they do this with every customer thats R500 in there pocket each time. What ever happened to customer service??
