Privacy Issue
I recently cancelled my contract and hoping to still use my number only to find that my number has been recycled and passed on to someone else. Extremely disappointed in this and not only have they passed my number on but the person that got the number now have access to my WhatsApp and various other private areas.
I find this to be completely unacceptable as at this stage I believe that my privacy has been compromised due to negligence on MTN's part.
I have asked for my number back for a long while now and I keep facing a slamming door. I have tried on various occasions to try and have MTN staff help in this matter with no luck at all.

Firstly my privacy has been compromised you should have the authority in getting this number completely disconnected so to not let the person whom has this number not have access to my life.
Secondly to just apologize don't make everything right, the number belonged to me, I paid for it and in doing this I would think that you in breach.
My suggestion is to not send me an automated response again as next time round I will be taking this to social media and a few of my contacts in broadcasting.
Maybe try a little harder in trying to reach me and just for the record the number you trying to connect with me is too on contract for years which is coming up for renewal or not.
