Preventing me from cancelling my contracts

I have been trying to get early settlement amounts from the ********** department and I keep being sent estimated amounts that are almost double what I would be paying if i simply kept the contracts which to my understanding is against the regulations act of the CPA. To my understanding the following is what will be billed:Cancelling your contract with MTN According to MTN chief customer experience officer, Eddie Moyce, in accordance with the CPA MTN charges the following cancellation penalties for early termination: All unbilled and outstanding invoices at the time of termination (if any). - this refers to the date the consumer submits the cancellation - not the end date of the contract. One month’s subscription. Balance owing on the device. Though the amounts being given to me far outweigh this. Looking into this further I found that Service provider's can only charge a “reasonable penalty” which in terms of Regulation 14(2) of the CPA means that they “may not exceed a reasonable amount”.In other words the service provider is expressly prohibited from charging the full amount owing in respect of the remainder of the contract.

Consumer protection regulations states that a reasonable charge may not exceed 10% of the amount you would have had to pay over the fixed term.

I would therefore like to request once again (done this twice via email, and I get flat out ignored) that I be sent early settlement quotations for ALL MY MTN CONTRACTS in accordance to the CPA. This can be sent to the email account you have on the system for me please.

I am within my right to cancel my contracts before end of term, and MTN should not be billing exorbitant amounts due to this.
