Pretty much the most useless network and now this!!!!!!!!!!!

They cannot pull an ITC number that I need for my claim for 2 days, I have lodged a claim and my insurance won't process without it. I have spoken to Denise Mukhuvha who to me is a very *********** staff member and let me hold on the line for a good 7 minutes while speaking to supposed Departmental Manager by the name of Karabo Monyane.

I need this sorted asap
