********* presentation of MTN Contract

I ordered and received 2 Huawei Y70 plus phones on my contract. Wanting to use my second SIM now my technician informed me that the phones are NOT dual SIM phones. MTN Complaints have let me know that MTN does not sell dual SIM phones. The contract was sold to me as dual SIM. This which can easily be verified by the recordings. I have sent numerous emails and had no response.
