Prepaid Sim not working abroad

<p>I bought a prepaid sim 2 weeks ago for the purpose to use it in Slovakia. We activated international roaming, loaded lots of money on the sim and now all he gets when he is there now is No Service. He has tried manually searching for a carrier like Orange etc, it just says searching and then goes back to say No Service.</p> <p>I called 173 numerous times, the people in that call center are most unhelpful, rooting me to other departments up and down.</p> <p>All his friends sim cards from cell c and vodacom etc works there, just mtn not working. So now I cant communicate with him abroad.</p> <p>This is the worst service and mtn doesn't care!!!!!!!!!!! And have learnt international roaming with MTN is a hoaks!</p> <p>any ideas why you say you can activate international roaming but then it doesnt work, what is the point?????</p> <p> </p>
