Prepaid MTN Super Data did not work

I bought the 200GB MTN super data bundle in December 2023 for R399. For some reason, I could not access the internet after 7:00 AM for the whole day. It was as if it was a midnight data bundle, and yet it is an anytime bundle. I did migrate to the Super Data pland beforehand, and I did check coverage. I contacted customer service on about 6 different occasions, and they could not help me, so it was a waste of money. All they would say is they've done a reset and it should work, but it never did in the end. I initially was excited when this product came out because it is good value for money. Anyway, I'm probably never going to buy MTN products again after this.
