Prepaid Migration

I have still not had a response the 31 January for the details pertaining to the prepaid migration.

Please refer to point 8 on the migration form where it clearly stipulates that all values will be carried over once the migration is done. This is however not the response received and when I query it via email nobody responds or calls.
