<p>Been purchasing the 10G data bundle at R430 for some months now. I discovered this month after paying the usual R430 that I only received 7.5G. (This seems to be a pricing change.)</p> <p><br />I was never informed of any price increase, and therefore deprived of making an informed decision. I would not have bought the bundle with that price structure.</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN has been sending me adverti*****t SMS's all along (Which, by the way, is ******* in terms of the POPI act) so how could they not send a notice to me about price changes? Offering a service at a certain price and later delivering at another is BAIT AND SWITCH marketing, which is also *******.</p> <p><br />I demand a refund for my money.</p>

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience experienced. We completely understand the frustration it has caused.
Kindly be advised that the 5GB bundle is R 430.00 per month. Please note that the Monthly Volume bundles pricing has not changed however the Promo Data Giveback was changed. For the 5GB Volume bundle, the Promo Data Giveback changed from 5GB to 2.5GB and valid for 15 days. All affected customers were provided with notice prior to the changes coming into effect, sms were sent out from the 27th of June 2016.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

How could MTN reduce value when others are adding, a competitor is offering 20G + 20G for R399, when MTN is offering 5G + 2.5G for R430?
Guess where I will be buying my future bundles.
This is a perfect illustration of penny wise, pound foolish. Dumb move MTN.
