Prepaid account suspended

This morning I am no longer able to make phone calls, and a recorded voice tells me that my service has been suspended. But I am on pre-paid. I called 135 and the agent was friendly and tried to assist. The agent said that she will un-suspend my account and that I had to turn my phone off for 10 minutes. That did not solve the issue. Can someone please investigate the issue and get back to me. Thanks
