Premiums Paid Up But Insurance Canceled

I am very upset with MTN Insurance, my insurance is cancelled without my concern nor was i was informed. I've been calling the Insurance Department and I was holding forever, decided to drop the an email on the 21st September 2015 still no response, re-sent the email this morning.<br> <br> I have paid up my premiums since i was behind with payment, If my policy lapsed I need them to refund me or reinstate my policy. <br> <br> It would have been nice for one of the consultants to give me a call and help me understand what's happening. The 808 call centre consultants can't help with this issue, they gave me the MTN Insurance contact number.<br> <br> My phone contract expired in August 2015, I don't know if this affected my insurance? I need to know when was it cancelled or lapsed????<br> <br>
