PREMIUM REFUND
i was debited double the amount of my monthly premium 3 months in a row. when asked the reason they cannot get the reason why? never received my policy documents. i took a top UP contract but they say their system shows that its a my anytime minutes which i never signed for. I WANT MY REFUND BACK...

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
We do pick up that the contract has been signed with Cell Network Randburg.
The upgrade charge has been captured on the June invoice. We do pick up that you have requested for insurance service that push the account balance.
At the time of the upgrade the usage limit has not been set up so at that time the account has been on an open package and you have utilized the 300MB data that you received with the package, any further usage after the 300MB has been used will be billed to the account for data charges. The usage limit has been set up on the account 4-8-2015 for the July invoice.
The account will be credited with R494.01 for the data charges in July month.
