Premium debit order

I have taken out a data contract with mtn last year which was a premium of R199, this morning I was debited R255 from MTN. With no notice of price increase. I'm currently holding on the line for 50 minutes now to speak to a consultant to explain what's going on with no idea how long will they take to answer my call
