Premium Content Deduction Without Authority

I got an SMS telling me that I have been subscribed to some premium content at R50 a day and noticed R50 missing from my account. Immediately, I cancelled this. However, the funds have been taken from my account without any consent or action on my part. I demand my money back immediately.
