Premature ending of deceased contract ***

My husband passed away on 21 May 2015. I have decided to continue with his contract untill 14 October. Jama at Mtn Cape Road advised me on 22 Sept to get an affidavit, his death certificate and Id and then hand it in for a 30 days notice period. I have done so. On 23 Sept the contract was terminated with still R1200 credit. The documents was faxed to Shane Williams by Eugene from Summerstrand branch. Eugene clearly understanded that my intention was to still use my credit which was added the previious day. He did not communicate it to Mr Williams.
