Pre paid sim that MTN did not want to cancel even thou I was hijack.

On the 29 November 2022 i was hijacked and 2 of my phone were taken by the *******. Then called MTN to cancel the pre paid sim as i was on a 100gigs data on the sim and didn't want the ******* to use the data as i needed it for work purposes. To my surprise MTN told me that they cant cancel the pre paid sim and strangely the 2nd phone was with Vodacom on pre paid when i called them they immediately cancelled the sim card. But MTN is telling me that the ******* must continue using my sim card and while they continue billing me for something am not using, What a useless company this is and its time for porting my number to another network. Cause of this outrageous nonsense they call it a service. Currently when you dial the number its still ringing which shows the ******* are still using the sim card and they wont stop until the data and airtime is finish, Thank you MTN for your pathetic service and insensitiveness.
