Pre-paid migration, then boom, number does not exist...

Hello MTN,

So at the end of my contract, I requested to be moved to pre-paid, now kindly advise why in this lovely world of ours, can I not receive or make absolutely any calls, even YOUR TOLL FREE (apparently) number. According to everyone who tries to reach me, my number does not exist - the same number that I had for the past 6 years... WOW somehow I lost the memory of not getting this number at all, and have been lying to everyone who has phone and reached me.

Please sort this out, and when I want to upgrade again, make it possible - I cannot upgrade until May 2022 - since when?? I am eligible for an upgrade any single day of the week on this number.
