Power of attorny

I have instructed mtn to grand my wife POWER OF ATTORNEY on my mtn account, and received the following email from the

"Good day sir power of attorney should be attached in letter from your lawyers please send it soon as you consulted your lawyers

My reply to mtn

Why? It is my wife and it is solely my proactive to grand somebody access to my account, You don't need layers to grang access Ps is is exactly the same principle that banks use

If you can't execute my request please forward me your complaint department email.

MTN your response is incorrect and completely ridiculous
