Potentially *****ulent actions on my account and No way to contact a living person at MTN

I am receiving message messages about an order that I supposedly placed. I did not place any orders. There is no way to reach one of these so-called MTN Customer champions. Dialing 135 only give you a lot of non-applicable self service options
