Good day, yesterday mobilea plus phoned me to infrom me of my upgrade,the upgade total is R346.00 p.m on my bank debicheck i was promed to accept a montly installment of R 20 000.00. I did reject it,i can not get hold of mtn nor mobiles plus, if the bebit reflects negative and my credit score is influenced by this il make a BIG noise and i wont stop. I will not try again to cantact mtn or mobiles plus,this is now your responibilty to explain to my why i was promped to pay 20k. Someone should be held responsible for this. And i would like an exlpanation wich i think is fair. ***. Thank u in advance.
