Positive after a service failure. MTN Cresta

I shared with Caesar at MTN Cresta (L44) branch my recent disappointment with the way my application for a new contract was handled by another branch also in the Cresta shopping center. He listened and was empathetic. He phone me back today just to find out if I was able to receive some feedback on my applications from the MTN Cresta (U218A) branch. I informed him that the manager from the MTN branch has phone me back and was very helpful. Thank you for showing a customer centric approach to dealing with a disappointment and possible service failure. I appreciate both the manager and Caesar phoning me back to follow up on the matter. You have restored my faith in MTN with your attitude, believe in your product and willingness to assist.
