PORTME
I app**** to be ported for cell C to MTN 3 weeks ago. I did not get any response and understood that MTN is on strike. On the 5 June i lost cell C network and inserted MTN simcard with the hope that I've been ported. I'm now sitting with the the phone that doesn't work and i keep on recieving many messages that I must contact customer service. when I try to contact them no one responds. MTN must restore my network. I cant survive without my phone because it is my means of communication . The least that MTN could have done was to leave me on Cell C and only port me once the strike is over.
