Porting of numbers

I am short of words to describe the level of incompetence and disregard of clients information by mtn. I cannot in the life of me understand how is it that a person can porter another clients number while the number belongs to someone else.

I am convinced that without a doubt mtn employee are ********s who work with other ********s to porter numbers in order to commit crime. What is disturbing the most is that when mtn is made aware you do not stop the number from working.

The ******** managed to porter my friend's number, access her bank account and WhatsApp (asking for us to send money) and mtn was contacted only for them to tell us that they will attend to it Tuesday and this person started on Friday. When we tried to text the person because obviously the number is working he says there's nothing we can do because police as well as mtn employees are involved.

Am beyond angry at how mtn failed to protect customers, because of your incompetence you should be refunding Jessie all of the money she lost as s results of mtns failure to intervene quickly.

There's no ways a person can porter without a person from mtn being involved, also this happens to people with money in their accounts mostly and hardly a broke person. Mtn is habouring ********s, this is definitely a syndicate

All mtn customers must rethink doing with mtn for their safety
