Porting of cellphone number from one network to another - Unsatisfied!
<p>My Cell C number was ported to MTN on the 31st December 2016 without my consent.</p> <p> </p> <p>To me this is ***** of the highest degree. There should have been security measures in place. ie. Proof of Residence, ID document and other legal paperwork.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need an urgent explanation on how this happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am utterly unsatisfied with this service of not getting clarity on how/why this occured.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist ASAP!!</p>
