PORTING NUMBER
<p>I am struggling for the last 10 days to get MTN to release my two prepaid cellphone numbers. I ported a number with Vodacom and it was release within 10 minutes. Sad thing is no one cares. Went to MTN twice and the consultants there just mentioned that they cannot do anything, you need to phone the customer care line. Customer Care line is even worst. I insisit that my two prepaid cellphone numbers are released immediately. Your service is pathetic and you dont care about your customers. Worst Worst company ever that I dealt with.</p>
