Porting Issues

I bought an MTN SIM pack on 26 September to port my Telkom Mobile. I was told the process would take 24 hours. On Monday, 29 September I put my new MTN iny phone. I was able to receive MTN's welcome and configuration settings. I tried to load airtime, i couldn't. I called the 135 service and was told that my line would be open in 24 to 48 hours. On Wednesday, October 1 I tried to make a call and was told that my number is now RICA-Barred. I went to an MTN outlet and the assistant confirmed that my number was indeed RICA-Barred. He checked the system and saw that both my number and the SIM linked to it were RICA'd though. So until today, I can't use my number, I even call 135 to report the matter. I'm stuck in limbo. I'm here BEGGING MTN that they allow me to use their service. Or give my number back. I'll find a provider that cares a little more than they do.
