PORTIA RAPHOLO is a STAR!

<p>I called into mtn sp last weekend bacause i tried to buy airtime through my banking app for another mtn number and even though i was getting billing for the airtime ,the other number was not receiving it.sp i called up,was put through to PORTIA. she was amazing from the word go.she took my details,asked me what the problem was.told me what she needed.she gave me a time frame.and guess what? she called in with a solution in the time she promised.i mean this lady is amazing.not alot of people can do things like this.she was friendly,pleasant,helpful and sorted my issue out. a big thank you to Portia Rapholo.you are a star.even though it might be your job,but great service is not something everyone comes by.so you deserve something from your manager. thank you again.</p>
