Ported to MTN without permision
On 13 January 2016 my prepaid Vodacom number was ported to MTN without me requesting it. I received a SMS from Vodacom to inform me that they received a request from MTN to port my number and that I will loose all my airtime and data bundles. I immediately phoned Vodacom to stop the porting, but they told me they cannot stop it, but they can reverse it within 24 to 72 hours. My number is not working now, and I cannot use it until Vodacom reversed the porting. Is this an ********* way of MTN to get more customers? We know of MTN's ******* activities in Nigeria, and the fine the got for it.
