Port or not to Port

<p>I moved area and decided that MTN was the best coverage therefore i decided to port my number, went through the process as required and last night received sms to say insert MTN SIM as your port request is complete!! I did</p> <p>that and turned my phone off and on numerous times up until today still only emergency calls.. I have sent a complaint to support but no response and tried to call but cannot get to speak to a human!! Please do i have to</p> <p>port back to VODACOM! very DISSAPOINTED</p>

Thank you i went to MTN Longbeach mall as after calling the johannesburg number listed here they

checked and noted that the sim was faulty, i had to go and get another sim and they did a simswop.

I am however waiting for that simswop to activate! apparently can take another 24hrs.......
