Port impossible

an absolute painful experience, a company of such nature cannot come to the times with regards to IT infrastructure, insisting i need to 1st buy a prepaid sim because the can't do ports for active sim cards, then after buying a sim card get a run around that the sim i bought is faulty and the port won't work...
