Poot service

Reception is ABSOLUTELY non existing. Complained at the local store but they say they cant do anything!! I am also trying to call via Whatsapp but the same...reception (data) also a BIG problem.

Some action needs to be taken, and without threatening anyboday, i an will have to move to a nother service providet. But until the, PLEASE help?
