Poos customer service and sales department including MTN Head Office

My wife has taken out a contract last week for me a phone and sim and just a sim card for my wife. She gave all the details through to MTN sales and since then NOTHING happened. This morning 14 JULY I phoned MTN head office and customer service put the phone down in my ear. I tried there online contact me and NOTHING. DISGUSTED with MTN as a almost new customer. now after everything we still can`t get anyone to contact us.
