Poor/Zero MTN service

Poor/zero service in our area Eastvale Springs Gauteng. After reporting to MTN signal improved for a short while and collapsed again making it impossible to communicate and make calls. Even with Reference number: 9d2f875b-e***-b036-e573cc2867de nothing improved. My first report to MTN on 19 December 2022.
