Poor/No Signal and Internet Service in Bonnievale

Firstly, I have no idea where to begin. I am from a small town in the Western Cape, Bonnievale. Our network constantly goes down, sometimes even for a week or more. When it is back on, the signal is so poor, that when one makes a call, you are unable to get through to another line, or when you do, it sound like you talking in a fishbowl, underwater or the conversation is literally like slow motion. I urge MTN to please look into this matter in our town and whilst at it, to also allow us to have 5G coverage for internet services as some of us do work from home, and like I said, our signals for phone calls and even internet is up to ****… You will be losing a lot of clients in this town if something is not done to the problem. What if one has an emergency and needs to make a call??? SORT THIS OUT MTN PLEASE!!!!!
