Poor/no MTN signal

I live in Silwerstrand River and Gholf Estate near Robertson, WC. Since loadshedding started all the MTN residents experienced no or poor signal. Have sent numerous emails to report the problem. They insist we complete an online form with alternative contact numbers which we do not have. We are all at wits end!!
