Poorest Service provider in South Africa

Worst service on the network, i failed my sim swap questions and now i being taken for a ride, i spent 4 hours going to MTN shops and on the phone trying to get my numbers back to no avail. Can someone with authority please assist me with sim swap i cannot afford to take a day off just to do a sim swap.
