Poorest Service / False Advertising

@MTNza's service is poor at best. Made an online application for their Black Friday deal more than a week ago & I have received ZERO feedback on the status of my application. My application has been completely disregarded even though I have an existing contract with them!

Visiting any #MTN store is just as lousy as their service! No helpline available for online deals & there is no way to get ahold of this department!
