Poorest service ever

Mondo your customer service is pathetic! My account has still not been rectified since February. Your service agents lie to customers and get away with it and I'm stuck here paying monthly for a phone that I don't have. I called several times in the past months talking to your service customer agent hence no one is assisting me in getting this resolved!!! #MTNSouthAfrica #Mondo
