POOREST SERVICE

I bought a contract iphone through MTN online deal and did not insure it and only used it for a year and a couple of months only for it to crash when updating it and forced for it to be restored. I've contacted apple support and even took it to istore for them to check it out but did not get any help. Now I booked the device in for repair and they're telling me to pay for replacement as they don't fix phones, an amount of R12000 for a iPhone 11. SHOCKING!!! now I'm being charged monies for them just telling me the quotes. They are failing to assist me and yet I'm still paying for that contract every month. What a poor service I've ever encountered in my entire life. Who sells a device and fails to assist when there are errors with the device. The devic is just locked and just need to be unlocked but then insist that i pay a replacement fee. DO NOT BUY A CELLPHONE CONTRACT AT MTN YOU WILL REGRET YOURSELF!!!! MTN IS A ****
