Poorest customer service ever MTN business collections department😔

This is a nightmare of my life, MTN Business Customer service, I have been calling them since last week Wednesday to make arrangements for a reactivation of our service, i have transferred from 1 department to another even till this morning as a valuable customer I haven't received any help.. they would transfer my call to the business collections department ( worst department ever) unreachable, they gave me the direct contact number *** number it will ring until your battery went off.. since from last week Wednesday I wonder what are they doing in the office if the can't pick up calls.. I am so disappointed at MTN
