Poorest and most awful service from Mtn S.A !!!!!!!!!!

Extremely bad service from Mtn SA as my contract for my handset , *** expired on the 28 July 2023 and i have been struggling since May 2023 to do an upgrade online and via the phone as i'm a cancer patient and bedridden therefore i'm unable to visit a branch . Various emails go unanswered and nobody bother to phone you back , my account is up to date and i have been a loyal subscriber for many years but i suppose the longer you are with them the less of a valued customer you become , shame on you Mtn , Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!
