Poorer service

I took a laptop contact via cellphone and was delivered August 2021 few weeks using it just gone dead I took it to Maponya mall was told to call the provider to collect it . I did call then requested to email the invoice and proof of adress and IME number on the box I did so on the 7th of October @ MTN branch Maponya mall soweto up until now I haven't been contacted as I've paid something that I can't use it called 135 customer service more than 5.times was told their system is not.working so it means I'll keep on paying
