Poor/bad customer service behavior - Not helpful at all.

I have been in and out of the mtn shop to close my account. They told me to come back because I was too early and that there is a settlement amount of R208 before they can close the account. After more than 2yrs they contacted me to tell me that I need to pay +-R2000. I do not agree with this since they have not even emailed me once back with a statement. I tried contacting them they put the phone down in my face. Very poor and bad customer service experienced over the past 2yrs and today as well.
