Poor/bad customer service

I had a contract with mtn they hand it over to very cred paid it finish when I was suppose to get a paid up latter very cred told me mtn took the account back when I got to mtn they told me my account is still with very cred it was that back and forth I went in mtn in the mall I called their legal department they couldn't help I'm very disappointed in the service that was provided to me in all of their departments it looks like non of them knows their job its worse on the legal department there's people sitting home that can do better job there as from now on I wouldn't even advise one to take a contract with them because when they done with your money they won't know you see me now see me no more and I'll spread the word I promise
