Poor vetting service - MTN

Upgrading at Mtn is now becoming a nightmare especially their black friday deals. Their vetting process /department seems to be going backwards. It took over an hour to verify my identity thereafter my deal was conditionally approved meaning I could not get my deal today. Last year it took 3 months to get my deal on my second line due to the conditional approval. Service really needs improvement. I am very disappointed at your service. Really wish you could improve your vetting process.
