Poor unsatisfying Service

I went to the local keywest branch on Saturday to sort out the account issue just to be informed that I needed to contact their legal department. As they are only working Monday to Friday I had to contact them on Monday. Come Monday I contacted them just to speak to a computer with option 0 (To speak to a MTN Champion) not working!. Tried again on Tuesday same issue. Thought maybe I must phone them from my Cellphone just for option 0 not work. How do you then go about to contact MTN legal??
