Poor unprofessional service

I called mtn asking for my settlement amount and I received the same amount from 4 different consultants after making a payment I called and spoke to Sandile K**** who advised me that the amount was not the correct one, it was very confusing because I had received that from 2 different sources from Inside MTN.

From the 17 May I have been waiting for Sandile K**** to provide me with the "correct" amount as I have paid the amount I had been told to pay and I sent him my proof of payment.

Kindly assist me with this I need to get my name cleared ASAP, I paid according to what I was told to pay by mtn consultants.
