Poor, unprofessional service

MTN could not resolve a matter which they were meant to investigate following the billing amount that is not correct. They failed to even return to me as their customer regarding the outcomes of their investigation. They just want me to pay over R8000 for data which is meant to be fixed and they had confirmed as per contract. They are a horrible service provider which has failed dismally even when I submitted a complaint with them. Their support fails to assist with anything, they are useless. They say they will transfer you to management and just drop your call. They robbing me of my hard earned money.
