Poor Uncapped internet speeds and no connectivity from MTN

The worst network one should sign up with. I signed up for a 20mb uncapped deal. To begin with, the deal said Huawei router, they then changed the router saying its out of stock and Huawei is no longer making the router, only to replace the router with a cheaper brand from ZTE, which cant accommodate 9 users connected on wifi.

The router drops on network points and speeds when it feels like it, streaming is a nightmare, have been signed up with them for the 2 months, out of the 2 months, they offered me the 20mbps for 20 days straight, from there, it would drop to 2mbps, you cant even open twitter on those speeds.

The 700gb fup, its just a decoration, they haven't even helped me with regards to my ticket on the subject matter.

I also got the 10mb uncapped deal for my mom and dad at home, that as well, with the grand kids visiting them over the holidays, they couldn't connect for an hour without restarting the router on several occasions.

Do not ever make a mistake of going for this deal plus poor service from the consultants from Phumzile and Thulisile. I would rather buy data over the counter from any other service provider than this abusive relationship.
