Poor training or no clue at Mtn

I contacted Mtn on 14 July 2023 to cancel an upgrade that was done by Mondo as of today 14 August 2023 nothing had been done. It seems that Mtn managers have no training or no clue has to expedite a customer complaint. It seems like one is dealing with a company that is operating in someone's back yeard. Shame on you Mtn.
